Draw inspiration from the region of Alsace and sample Alsatian dishes like the Alsatian Linzer Tarte with fresh raspberry jam or the Flammenkuetchen Tarte flambée flat bread with oven roasted onions and bacon bits. The guests will sample everything that the chef prepares.
